Indemnity is signed on arrival. Cancellation policy: Refund Policy:
If we cancel because of unsafe weather, we try to do that 24 hours before arrival. Full refund will be given, it will take -/+ 7 working days to complete. Cape Town Bucket List covers all bank charges.

Cancellation Policy:
No refunds if you cancel within 24hours before your tour. If you cancel within 24hours of your tour / are late and would like to reschedule, a R150pp penalty fee applies.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Cape Town Bucket List is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Cape Town Bucket List go to every endeavour to rebook/reschedule the service. If that is not possible, it will be considered to refund the client soon as possible.

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, credit cards for online bookings. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the Cape Town Bucket List bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Cape Town Bucket List via PayGenius (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. As such, the transaction will reflect as PayGenius: Cape Town Bucket List on your statement.
PayGenius uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no
credit card details are stored on the website.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Cape Town Bucket List takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Cape Town Bucket List chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
Cape Town Bucket List may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
